In Doshisha University Open Course Project, the materials used in our classes are made available through the Internet to achieve the following five objectives.
・ To spread the education policy of Doshisha University widely within society
・ To promote recruitment of students and teachers
・ To revise and improve the details of classes based on feedback concerning the open course
materials
・ To improve our service of supplying educational materials to our students
・ To accumulate intellectual assets

For three years from FY2006, we aim at providing the materials of approx.
100 subjects in total, with three subjects or more for each individual
department and the Institute for Language and Culture and one subject
or more for each individual research department determined as targets
in each fiscal year.
